Julia Store Return Policy
Items shipped from Julia Store can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
Return process:

After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
We will issue the refund, then it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement or 4 business hours if you request to get the refund to your Julia Store Gift Balance.
Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
Note:
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Julia Store reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Julia Store. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your Amazon account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Julia Store account closure.

Return Window: 15 days of delivery
The following product types are eligible for return for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement if applicable, Terms and Conditions apply.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. The items which are subject to a 15 day return window are:

Automotive Items
(Air Fresheners, Exterior Care, Tire & Wheel Equipment, Cleansers/Degreasers/Solvents, Oils, Seat Covers, Body Tools & Equipment, Interior Care)

In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
For defects identified outside the 15-day return period, you can also avail of the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.
Electronics
(Computers, Laptops, Tablets and Mobiles, Electronics, Camera, Home Entertainment, Smart wearables, Accessories, Musical Instruments, Streaming Media, DVD Player, Home Theatres, Projectors)

For defects identified outside the 15-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on product details page.
Before returning items on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, please include all the accessories that came with the item, remove all passwords or security locks from the device and erase the information stored on the device. For Apple devices, iCloud account should be signed out/erased and all personal data be removed.
Beauty Products
Including Skin Cleaning, Skin Moisturizer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Deodorant, Fragrance, Lip & Hair Colors, Sunscreen, Make up.
Note: Lip and eye-make up are non returnable items
Physical Video Games
Returned physical video games that are activated, used, or missing parts are not refunded.
Pet Products
Including Pet - Habitats & Supplies, Apparel & Leashes, Training & Behavior Aids, Toys, Pet Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids.
Sports & Entertainment Collectibles
If you selected self-ship shipping option, you must return collectible items with a value of 700 EGP or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than 7000 EGP, must also be insured.
For defects identified outside the 15-day return period, you can also avail of the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Julia Store Warehouse
In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Julia Store Warehouse and shipped from julia-store.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Some product categories have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Including shavers, trimmers, epilators, scales, medical devices, blood pressure monitors, mobility aids, respiratory appliances, hand and foot massagers.
Home, Kitchen, Office Furniture, Office Products & Stationery Supplies
Home Furniture (Cabinets, Drawers, Shelf, home décor, lighting, Sofa, beds, mattress, Cookware, appliances, mixer grinder, cooking essentials etc)
Office Furniture (Chair, Desk, Shelf, Table, Cabinet, Stool Seating)
